I’ve put together a list of 10 star products in Italian cuisine that should absolutely be in your pantry or fridge in order to cook authentic Italian dishes. To be sure, every Italian mother or grandmother has plenty of other great ingredients in their cupboard, but this partial list is perfect for any aspiring “cuoco” (i.e. chef) to get started.
