Just about every main dish contains garlic… but the good news is that there’s no need to look further to replace garlic in recipes! You simply have to infuse it in a good olive oil and use this oil in your favourite recipes. Garlic infused oil can be prepared in advance, but take care not to prepare too much as it can be kept up to 2 weeks maximum in the refrigerator.

It is also possible to infuse garlic in oil directly in the frying pan at the beginning of your recipe. Simply sauté some garlic cloves in oil for 1-2 minutes, remove them and continue with your cooking.
