Hockey Mom Tips #3 : Growth and Foods

tall-short

My kids have some vertically challenged relatives, so they most likely won’t be super tall as adults. As a mom, the best way that I know how to help them to grow as tall as they possibly can be is to keep reminding them to listen to their bodies. If they are hungry, they need to eat (preferably healthy foods and no weird diets!). If they are thirsty, they need to drink (preferably water). If they are tired, they need to rest. Kids these days have such busy lives that they forget that their bodies are usually pretty good at telling them what to do, they just need to stop for a minute to listen!
