Melissa Rossiter, PhD, RD, gave us a presentation of the report on new clinical practice guideline published in the Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of Canada for women’s health.
One of the principal recommendations is to emphasize women’s different needs depending on the period of their life. Indeed, health professionals working with women need to be sensitive to this and share the message with their patients. For example, nutritional needs will be different if a woman is pregnant, breastfeeding, or going through menopause!
SOSCuisine’s meal plans can help you address all your needs at every stage in life. We offer balanced meal plans for pregnancy, breastfeeding and menopause. Our other meal plans can support you during other moments of your life and if you suffer from a particular medical condition.
