Our Meal Plans for Chronic Inflammation are inspired by the Seignalet Diet and the hypotoxic diet by Jacqueline Legacé. This diet will help you to reduce chronic pain associated with inflammatory diseases. While all our meal plans are based on the Mediterranean Diet, our anti-inflammation recipes are gluten-free and resemble the Paleolithic Diet (also called the Paleo Diet). However, our healthy recipes may include other grains, cereals, and legumes that are normally excluded from the Paleo Diet in order to optimise nutrition.
