Ingredients

2 avocados 340 g
2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed 3/4 lemon
2 tbsp sour cream 30 mL
1 pinch salt [optional] 0.2 g
ground pepper to taste [optional]
1 pinch cayenne pepper [optional] 0.1 g
4 mini-tomatoes (cherry, miniature or grape) 1/4 cup
1 tbsp chives, fresh, chopped [optional] 3 g

Method

  1. Cut the avocado(s) in half, twist out the pit and spoon out the flesh. Put the flesh in a dish then mash it. Add the lemon juice, sour cream, salt, pepper and a pinch of Cayenne pepper. Mix well then check the seasoning.
  2. Portion out to individual glasses or cups. Garnish each with a mini-tomato and chopped chives. Refrigerate 1 h before serving.
