I would not change a thing: this is awesome.
Very easy Taste good Instead of layering the ingredients, I would probably mix everything together before hand. Secondly, I thought the shrimps were a little bland, I would maybe add smoke salmon or other sea food with the shrimp. I bet it would tatse even better. Hopefully.......
