If you’ve never tried Singapore noodles, I’m sorry to say, but you’ve missed out. The noodles drink up all the delicious flavours of the the curry and it’s full of shrimp, pork, chicken (or a combination of all three). Singapore noodles can be found on almost any menu at pan-Asian restaurants and it’s because they’re always just so good!
Pad Thai is a classic Thai recipe that nearly everybody has had. A delicious sweet and sour sauce with shrimp and tofu over rice noodles makes a great comforting meal. It’s especially good with a bit of lime and a spoonful of chopped up peanuts added at the very end. So delicious and so good and some of the very best street food Asia has to offer.
Not all curry is made equal (though most are undoubtedly delicious). Asian recipes often call for one of three types of curry: green, yellow, or red. It doesn’t necessary refer to the heat of them or the intensity. They’re all just a bit different, with a different blend of flavours. In fact, most seasoned cooks (pun-intended), will have their own favourite curry blend. This green curry dish is a bit spicy and very aromatic. It’s also got a few surprises that definitely make it a winner!
