White fish doesn’t always make it to the grill, but it ought to! This Louisiana classic is an absolute crowd pleaser with it’s crunchy, spiced breading and tender fish. You can serve it with potato wedges for a somewhat inauthentic, but delectable take on fish and chips.
Grilled fruit is actually much less rare than you might be used to. All over the world, in hotter climates, it’s quite common to grill sweet fruits. Plus, there’s no need to buy something from the store for dessert with this recipe. Just keep the grill going and enjoy a brand new way to eat peaches!
Skewers, kebabs, brochettes, souvlaki, yakitori, satay — every culture seems to have their own version of meat on a stick. This is one of our favourites, with exotic flavours and pork, which is leaner than beef and has a sweeter flavour and softer texture. You can also leave the meat out altogether or swap for tofu. These cook super quick and make great party finger food!
