For some, filet mignon is the epitome of luxury. The meat is tender and flavourful and it’s always sure to make your guests mouths water when they know it’s on the menu. This particular recipe is the main dish in our low-FODMAP Christmas menu, so you can be sure that it’s not only tasty, but good for your belly. I may have a stake in this entry, because I know somebody who makes the absolutely BEST flourless chocolate cake for Christmas. People literally flock to her house to have a slice. So, I can be absolutely sure that you won’t be disappointed with this version, which has almonds and espresso to help deepen the chocolate flavours. It’s absolutely delcious!
