And the winner is the Caramel Custard, or Crème Carmel, which is another French classic. This dessert is smooth and silky, but rich and flavourful thanks to the caramel. There’s even theatre in this dessert if you choose to plate it in front of your guests. Or you might even let them discover the delicious caramel surprise at the bottom for themselves!
