2 tsp olive oil 10 mL
4 tsp creamy soy preparation for cooking 20 mL
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1/2 lemon
1/2 bananas, small, crushed 80 g
2 tsp flax seeds, or sunflower, ground 7 g
2 tsp roasted buckwheat (kasha), or other grain, raw, ground 8 g

Method

  1. Beat the oil and soy cream with a whisk to emulsify the oil.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients and consume immediately.
