Simple and delicious. Bought sausage meat to avoid the required 'sausage surgery' and it made the recipe super-easy. Cooked in my 'George Foreman Grill'. Delicious cooked vegetables, and liked the bocconcini even though I bought cocktail size accidentally and had to top with several little half-balls of cheese. My 2 year old loved it served with the Apple Coleslaw. Yum!
This was so delicious and easy! I sprinkled the burgers with a little bit cheddar cheese instead of using bocconcini. My husband put sauerkraut on his instead of the onion and peppers. Will definitely be making this recipe again.
Absolutely wonderful! The sauteed onion with pepper and fennel do great things with the sausage meat, (cooked in skillet instead of BBQ). Used red instead of green pepper, spanish instead of red onion. A little disappointed in the Boccacini cheese - VERY flavorless - would use something different next time.
