An excellent spicy dip for fish, grilled meats, and vegetables.
1/2 cup | mayonnaise | 120 g | |
1/2 cup | yogurt, plain, 2% | 130 g | |
2 tsp | capers, finely chopped | 6 g | |
1 tbsp | pickled onions, finely chopped [optional] | 10 g | |
1 | green onions/scallions, finely chopped | ||
1/2 tsp | cayenne pepper | 2 g |
Chop the capers, green onions, and pickled onions (optional), then put them in a small bowl. Add the mayonnaise, yogurt, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
I did not know "sauce tartare" could be this easy. This is unbelievable.
