If you’re a BBQ lover, you probably dust off your grill as soon as the snow melts, rain or shine. Luckily though, if you find Spring is being a bit stubborn, these shrimp skewers are easy to make inside too. Soup isn’t really the first thing you think of when you think watercress, but it really does work. This soup is surprisingly delicate, yet spicy thanks to the greens, and makes an excellent light meal.
Don’t turn your nose up at a salad. Niçoise salad is full of protein, vitamins, and tasty ingredients that will keep you full without making you feel heavy. It’s fast, easy, and absolutely delicious. It’s the perfect snack to eat in the park and it can be a meal in and of itself!
