Ingredients

1/8 Boston lettuce 26 g
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard 3 g
2 tbsp mediterranean yogurt, 10% 30 g
50 g ham 1/2 slice
22 g brie cheese

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt and mustard.
  2. Put the lettuce leaves on a working surface. Portion out the ham, brie and yogurt mixture onto the leaves. Roll each leaf into a wrap and serve.
