Ingredients

2 cups grapes, halved 200 g
1 cucumbers, medium size, peeled and sliced 260 g
60 leaves fresh mint 3 g
2/3 cup maple syrup 170 mL
1/2 tsp salt 2 g
7 cups water 1.75 L

Method

Mix all the ingredients together in a pitcher and let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours. Strain before transferring to a sport bottle. Keep in the fridge until ready to drink.
