I found the broth, wine and tomato paste wasn't quite enough to keep the lentils moist during simmer. Needed to add almost a cup of water/broth mix. Turned out great and very tasty though! Thanks!
I used honey mustard smokies for this and it was super tasty. We will definitely make it again through the summer. I also had to add a lot more liquid. Maybe an extra cup of water or so.
Hubby loved this recipe. Quite flavourful and nice textures.
