Pilsner’s are a pale lager that can have different flavours depending on where they’re brewed. They can be anywhere from earthy to fruity to sweet to slightly bitter. With such a range of flavours, it might seem like Pilsners could be difficult to pair, but they’re generally light and crisp, making them a great accompaniment for seafood and risotto dishes.
