Served this to a group of 250, yes, that is correct, 250. It worked out great. Nice taste, looked great (so colourful) and a lot of people went for seconds. Great for a hot summer night dinner and a great addition to a buffet for a large group. Nice one. And it's healthy...can't beat that!
